Begin with Become a Patient if you are new to DAWN. If you already have an appointment, review Plan Your Visit. Existing patients should use the Patient Portal, call DAWN, or use Contact Us.
You can ask for help in your language when you call, and ask for an interpreter when you arrive. You do not need to set this up ahead of time.

Who may be eligible for care at DAWN?
DAWN serves adults age 18 and older who live in Aurora, Colorado, and do not have health insurance. All three apply.
Is there a cost for care at DAWN?
DAWN is a free clinic for people without insurance. There is no cost when you are seen at DAWN.
Do I need identification or other documents to begin?
No. You do not need an ID, proof of address, income records, insurance papers, or a list of your medicines to start or to come to your first visit.
May a family member or caregiver come with me?
Yes. Family members, caregivers, and other support people are welcome. Please bring no more than two people, because space is limited.
